"Super helpful support when I was stuck"
Confusing. I got a bit stuck on the customs form and wasn’t sure what I was supposed to put. I reached out to Stackry support and they got back to me quickly with a simple explanation that actually made sense. Relief. After that, my package cleared without any issues. Really happy with the help I got.

I used Stackry’s website to set up a shipment, and overall it was a smooth experience. The dashboard was clear enough, and I was able to find my package details without having to click around too much. Adding the shipping info was straightforward, though a few parts did feel a little slow to load. I also would’ve liked the pricing options to be easier to compare before picking one. That said, everything worked fine and I didn’t feel confused using the site. It’s not perfect, but I’d say it’s worth trying if you just need something simple that gets the job done.

I had a small problem with my shipment, i think part of it was on me for not double-checking a detail. I reached out to Stackry support and they got back to me quickly. They didn’t make it a whole complicated thing, just helped sort it out and got everything moving again. Really appreciated how easy they made it, and I’d definitely use Stackry again.

I’ve used Stackry a few times now, i was a little unsure at first because I always expect something to go wrong with shipping. But so far, the deliveries have been really reliable. The tracking is clear enough for me to follow, and my boxes showed up when they said they would, with no strange delays. One package even arrived a day early, which I definitely wasn’t expecting. It’s been a simple service overall, and I think I trust it now for ordering things from the US.

I used stackry and overall it was fine, honestly. The only thing that tripped me up was the restricted items policy. I had to click around and read a bit, and even then I wasn’t totally sure if my item was okay to ship. Support did help me out, to be fair, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just think it would be nicer if the rules were a bit clearer upfront. Not a bad experience at all, just something that could be made easier...

I used Stackry for a shipment and decided to add insurance, mostly because I still remember how anxious I felt years ago when a package went missing and I had no backup plan. This time, the process was simple, and the coverage details were easy enough to understand. My parcel arrived totally fine, but the peace of mind was worth it. I had to upload my documents twice, which was frustrating, especially when I wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong. Stackry does the job, and I do appreciate that they offer a few different carrier options. That said, sometimes the cheaper choices are either really slow or just not available for my country, which can be frustrating. The prices can also jump more than expected. I use Stackry mostly for package forwarding, i made up my mind quickly about the photo feature. It’s one of those things that seems small until you actually need it.

The pictures are clear enough for me to check the label, see the box condition, and confirm what showed up. Nothing flashy, just practical, which is exactly what I want before shipping something out.

I like not having to sit there wondering if the right item arrived. Quick look, quick decision, less stress. That alone makes me feel better about using them

I’ve used Stackry a few times now, mostly for random stuff I order when I’m sitting around at night, and I have to say the pricing has been easy to understand. They showed me the shipping cost before I paid, and there weren’t any weird extra fees popping up afterward.
